Our Quadrant Group ‘Summer Bash’ took place on Friday, 6 September, amid late but stunningly suitable summer scenes that wouldn’t look out of place in the Mediterranean!
The afternoon kicked off with a scenic amble to Castletown, courtesy of our beloved Isle of Man Steam Railway. A pit stop, with a well-timed refuel at the Sidings Pub, followed before the final leg of the journey to Port Erin and a mass Quadrant descent onto Port Erin Bay and the Beach Huts… ‘if Carlsberg did days out’… scorchio!
Now, let’s be honest with ourselves, the Manx weather’s capacity for unapologetically undoing our best-laid plans isn’t lost on any of us – but Friday was a win for the Quadrant Group gaggle!
It was such a pleasure to spend time with colleagues, their families and friends, with a backdrop you couldn’t help but marvel at – here’s to next year’s event… it’ll be a tough act to follow!
