All commercial yachts (and soon private yachts in line with International Labour Law requirements) must meet the regulations stipulated in the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC). As a result, all employers must be regulated and subject to audits to ensure compliance. This makes it essential that crew employment is fully compliant in accordance with Regulation A1.4 of the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC).

As one of the few yacht crew employers that are fully staffed, approved and certified by Lloyds Register in accordance with these regulations, we’re able to assist our clients with the following benefits and protection:
